Summary: Assist Administration with requested daily tasks related to all business operations
Responsibilities/Duties:
Assists Property Management with all daily property related tasks; including taking rent payments, calling tenants, writing letters, rental tracking sheets, maintenance repair tracking sheet, showing vacancies, leasing, lease renewals, and evictions.
Answer phones and direct calls. This includes taking messages in message book with callers name, phone number and reason for call. Assisting with inquiries, orders, complaints, and all other requests
Aides Managerial Staff in daily business duties delegated
Education/Training/ Experience: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
Good reading, writing, communication and mathematical skills
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
Be detail oriented with good business sense
Computer Skills/Good knowledge and utilization of all MS Office Programs
Maintain a good teamwork spirit and attitude while flexible and eager to learn - a "Can Do Attitude"
Answer phones and direct calls - handles customer inquiries and complaints
Keeps open communication with all departments
