Summary: Assist Administration with requested daily tasks related to all business operations
Responsibilities/Duties:
⢠Assists Property Management with all daily property related tasks; including taking rent payments, calling tenants, writing letters, rental tracking sheets, maintenance repair tracking sheet, showing vacancies, leasing; lease renewals, and evictions.
⢠Assists with property maintenance tasks including painting & cleaning apartments, mowing lawns and shoveling snow, any preparations involved with apartment turnovers
⢠Aides Managerial Staff in daily business duties delegated
Education/Training/ Experience: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

⢠Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
⢠Be detail oriented with good business sense
⢠Computer Skills/Good knowledge and utilization of all MS Office Programs
