We are seeking a highly motivates sales representative to join our growing team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting.
We are a thriving mattress and furniture retailer looking for a professional with the drive and desire to take their career to the next level. We're looking for someone that doesn't require micromanagement, and that has been often praised for having an abundance of initiative.
The right candidate will receive on-the-job training to master our sales system and processes. The skills you develop in this training will give you the tools necessary to understand our sales process, generate leads, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory
- Enter and process customer orders
- Merchandise the sales floor
- Generate promotional material and sales tags
- Enter financing applications
- Present detailed price presentations
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas
This is a LONG TERM position. Huge growth potential. We're looking for someone that has built up some experience and now wants to take things to the next level!
We've grown 25%/year each of the last 4 years, and are anticipating several more years of positive growth - Especially with the right person added to our team!

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in sales and customer service - 2 years minimum
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate deals with customers
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Must be able to draft professional letters/responses, and speak articulately to every type of customer
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Clean appearance and professional wardrobe
- Evenings and weekends available to SELL
