Maintenance Position open for the right person must be a self-managed individual and keep a work log of time and of jobs completed.
Must have own transportation and most tools to do the jobs needed.
General knowledge of plumbing, some electrical, sheet rock, and roofing would be a plus.
Reliable and dependable, must have experience, but willing to learn.
We have apartments located throughout the triple cities area.
This position is from Monday through Friday 9-5.
Compensation will depend on experience and knowledge.
