DescriptionJob Description:
Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
Depositing checks
Processing weekly bill payments
Processing bi-weekly payroll for all freelancers
Onboarding freelancers with outsourced payroll company
Conducting daily banking activities
Producing various financial reports (as necessary)
Reconciling bank statements, credit cards and petty cash accounts
Assist in audits for our commercial budgets vs actuals
Requirements:
Knowledge of QuickBooks software
Detail oriented
Bookkeeping experience
Communication
