As a member of our cross-functional team, you will contribute to a mix of design strategy and design research efforts, supporting our Design Strategy and Research Leads.Responsibilities
Help design and run a variety of primary and secondary research activities, including field research, in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing and more.
Support the creation of key design strategy and research outputs – from screeners and field guides to competitive audits and strategic frameworks.
Help synthesize research findings, find patterns, and inform insights that will inspire design.
Help frame, prepare, and participate in creative and strategic workshops.
Collaborate cross-functionally on a team of designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and project managers.

Minimum Qualifications
1-3+ years of related experience at a brand, design, or research firm.
BA/BS degree in Design, Design Research, HCI, Psychology or related experience.
Experience designing, participating in and leveraging human-centered user research.
Ability to convey ideas through clear writing, sketches, and/or conceptual frameworks.
Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and working under tight deadlines.
Propensity for self-directed problem-solving and navigating ambiguity.
Expertise of presentation tools, such as PowerPoint, and familiarity with digital design tools, such as Sketch, Illustrator, et al.
