Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.Field Sales & Service Rep (Medicare) - Staten Island and Brooklyn, NY territory.This is a work from home opportunity, however the selected candidate must be able to work in the field up to 90% of the time and 10% independently at home to manage leads database.Total compensation will consist of base + commission.Meet monthly sales goal for an assigned territory through the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan. Sell and promote Senior Services products by coordinating and delivering formal sales presentations to consumer groups, arranging private appointments in the customers homes, making outbound phone calls to prospects, and managing customer records in the automated lead tracking system according to the departments standards. Identify opportunities within the territory to generate leads, in addition to those provided by the company, through building relationships with contracted medical providers, senior organizations and other community leaders and educating these groups about Senior Services products. Cross sell specified products from other departments. Provide member retention services to existing customers. Complete other duties as assigned. Personal time is not granted during normal business hours in the 4th quarter, except during company holidays as approx 25% of the annual business takes effect on January 1. Qualifications

Must be available to work evening and weekend hours as needed.

Requires a high school diploma;

2 years of direct sales or marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

BA/BS preferred.

Requires Life & Health licensure - must obtain within 30 days of hire if in the process of studying for the license.

Entrepreneurial mindset; independent & energetic thinker a must.

Must be skilled at connecting and networking.

Strong PC and keying skills required.

Experience working with the Medicare population highly preferred.

Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills required.

Must possess reliable transportation; travel up to 75% within assigned territory required.

Bilingual Spanish is a preferred!
