Growing WNY healthcare provider has an immediate need for a Billing Manager to oversee the entire patient and billing cycle.
Duties include:
Insuring accuracy of periodic billing to external payors
Train and mentor staff to achieve their optimal personal and professional growth
Stay up to date on all relevant rules and regs related to billing
Continually monitor policies and procedures, and implement process improvements where noted.
Become a leader with their billing platform and data management system
Qualifications:
5-10 years in Medical Office Billing environment
3+ years in Supervisory role
Coding experience a definite plus
