Buck's Motorsports is currently seeking an apparel & parts manager.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, works well in a team environment, can over-see the parts sales process from start to finish, has strong organization skills, and has power sports experience. They must be comfortable with basic computer operations and be able to work with the public.
Some Responsibilities of the Position include:
- Learning product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Oversee the clothing & parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with customer on order status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be able to read and understand the parts & apparel catalogs when looking up parts.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock
- Maintain inventory checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
- Handle the ordering of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
