Since its inception in 2009, uBreakiFix has grown to more than 500 stores across the U.S. and Canada and the best part is that we're currently looking for new members to join our team! We're partnered with Samsung, Google and the nation's leading mobile insurance provider making us one of the largest and most reputable smartphone repair companies in the US.
We are searching for a highly qualified Managers that will lead a team of repair technicians. This position requires that a standard is set and maintained daily to provide our customers with the best possible repair experience.
Job Title: Store Manager - Repair Process Manager - Full Time
Pay Rate: $15-$20/hr based on experience plus performance based bonus

Minimum requirements:
- Passion for Customer Service and Leading Employees required
- Must have the ability and drive to continuously meet monthly sales goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others in a small, close knit team
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and in turn creating promoters of the brand
- Assist customers from initial check in process all the way through to the completion of their repair
- Maintain Parts Expense and Payroll Budgets
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive work environment
- Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
