An Architecture Firm is seeking Project Managers in Buffalo
Requirements:
Working experience in architecture or interior design consultant min. 5 years
Must have a bachelor degree
Must have Hospitality or Multifamily residential experience
Must be efficient in AutoCAD and Revit | Sketch up, or other skills a plus
Expertise in construction documentation & construction drawings
Must be a positive minded, energetic, eager to grow in the profession, self-motivator, passionate
Leadership & Problem solving skills
Fluent in English
Good verbal communications
Ability to meet challenges head-on
Responsibilities :
Preparation and assembly of concept, design development, and construction document basically plans ready for building permit submittal.
Successful candidates will manage internal and external relationships with team members and will be responsible for keeping schedules, checking and reviewing work, and quality control.
