The ARM Strategist is responsible for providing strategic reputation management services for our clients. The ARM Strategist will be responsible for managing social and non-social online reputations for a select client base.This role will manage all aspects of day to day online reputation for clients. This includes identifying and responding to positive and negative reviews, reporting on current sentiment, and building business listings.The ideal candidate should also be comfortable in a client facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills. This individual will be required to present ARM audit findings and implementation plans to our clients via conference calls. Candidate must possess organizational and time management skills as they will be responsible for the management of several advanced ARM campaigns.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Monitors and manages client’s online reputation.

Performs monthly reporting and analysis of client’s campaigns.

Performs daily positive and negative reviews identification.

Performs quality assurance prior to launching campaigns to ensure accuracy of campaigns.

Works directly with the client to develop strategic responses to reviews.

Recommends strategies that helps the client achieve positive reviews.

Performs consistent improvements to the overall online branding for client.

Builds and monitors numerous online business directory listings for client.

Creates and presents performance improvement recommendations for online reputation management.

Performs day-to-day client relationship management, as needed.

Monitors and implements of new and emerging trends in online reputation management.

Contributes to the company blog.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:A BA/BS Degree preferred. A minimum of one year of experience. Experience with Social Media/Reputation Management is preferred but not required. Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:The incumbent/candidate must have a detailed work ethic, be highly motivated, well organized and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individual customers, as well as all levels of employees. Candidate must have solid time management and written/oral communication skills. Computer skills are required for this position. Mastery of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, needed. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources are required.
