Learn more at www.adm.com .Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator – Buffalo, NYADM Milling CompanyThis is a salary exempt level position.Position Summary:The ADM Milling Buffalo, NY facility has an opportunity to become part of the Commercial team offering a variety of responsibilities and challenges. Areas of concentration will include the scheduling of manufacturing, logistic coordination of mill inbound grain, products, and by-products. Relationship management with customers and suppliers will be a major focus. You should be an excellent teammate who strives to be a continual learner, with great customer service skills.You will be responsible for scheduling plant production, along with coordinating bulk truck load out. This requires the development of multiple schedules daily to meet our customer’s demand. You will have extensive use of Microsoft Office Suite along with other ADM support systems. Daily involvement and interaction with operations and quality staff is essential for success.Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with customers to receive and confirm orders

Schedule plant production

Coordination of Bulk Truck loading

Monitor inventories: flour, wheat, ingredients, and by-products

Work to maintain and confirm appropriate paperwork for bulk truck shipments

Be available off shifts and weekends to receive calls from plant personnel and customers. Weekend hours may be required depending on business needs.

To constantly be aware and strive to maintain the safest work environment possible.

Tracking grain movements of inbound rail and wheat truck scheduling.

Assist in local wheat procurement.

Job Requirements:

Associates degree or higher education a plus

2-5 years of experience a plus

Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Outlook

Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines

Interpersonal skills with dream to be a team member

Effective oral and written communication

Goal oriented with initiative to learn other responsibilities
