Morning Baker and Prep Cook
Buteraâs craft restaurant is looking for a full time morning baker and prep cook. Job responsibilities will include:
- Making pizza and bread dough from scratch using our house recipe.
- Keeping an inventory of dough and baked items
- Generating daily prep list
- Completing prep for our brick oven pizza station
- Assisting executive chef with weekly pizza specials
- Assisting executive chef with desserts and dessert specials
- Communication with chef, managers, and staff members
- Making Pizzas and other brick oven menu items during lunch service.
Candidate must have the following:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of baking or cooking experience.
- Knowledge of food safety
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Employee will report to Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Restaurant Owners.
