The IRISHMAN PUB in Williamsville needs a top-notch Kitchen Manager. Were growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced hands-on professional Kitchen Manager who is ambitious and wants to grow with us.
Tasks/ needs include:
Manage, care for, and lead all aspects of day to day kitchen operations.
Team leader with positive and supportive team oriented attitude.
Be able to multi-task, prioritize, think quickly on your feet, and execute accordingly.
Hire, train, develop & motivate kitchen staff.
Meet proper food safety guidelines.
Develop improvements in daily operations.
Meet & exceed customer expectations for quality, consistency of food offering.
Oversee all day-to-day activities of the kitchen.
Meet food & labor goals, as well as other expense guidelines.
Other duties include food ordering, inventory, staff hiring and scheduling, staff training
