Northpointe Council, Inc. is seeking a full time Office Manager. This position will oversee the day to day operations to ensure optimal patient access and experience at our Niagara Falls and Lockport location. This position has varying office hours. The candidate must be available to assist staff and give direction between starting hours of 6 am and 8:30 pm weekly.

Responsibilities:

Site leader in providing timely patient access and practice flow

Delivers patient satisfaction

Supports the establishment and optimization of the day-to-day operations of the site with consistency between sites and assures the smooth flow of the day providing strong communication with the supervisor.

Provides supervision of the Front Desk at the site and other operations with staff.

Coordinates staff schedules weekly while ensuring company policies are followed.

Maintains a visible physical presence in the clinics and our inpatient facility.

Responsible for timely copay system, insurance verification assistance and training staff on front desk procedures. Assures smooth daily opening and closing of the site with considerations for holidays, site events, weather, sick calls, etc.

Develops and maintains knowledge of Front desk procedures including maintaining medical records, scanning and banking. Holds staff accountable for compassionate and professional interactions with patients, including providing support and feedback where needed to assure the day runs well.

Becomes a super-user of the Ten-Eleven software.

Oversees general upkeep of all areas around the organization and personal safety of staff.

Ensures adequate execution of, and compliance to, established policies, procedures and objectives.

Ability to resolve employee differences and constructively assist in employee development.

Able to drive between Lockport and Niagara Falls when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

Must have prior supervisory experience in healthcare.

Ability to relate to patients of all ages and life situations in a supportive and constructive, as well as professional, manner
