We are hiring an individual for FULL-time Facilities Maintenance position in the Southtowns area of Buffalo. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- flexible availability to work
- valid Drivers License
- experience driving a payloader (heavy equipment)
- pass pre-employment drug screen + background check
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lawn work
Snow removal
Sweeping, mopping
Power washing
Painting
Basic utility repairs - electrical, plumbing
General cleaning/maintenance of building and grounds
Trailering and/or driving vehicles when necessary (truck + trailer provided)
Other duties as assigned by Management
WORK SCHEDULE:
Mon-Fri, 8-5pm
Some overtime
due to snow removal, work schedule in winter months schedule will vary
