Looking for an individual to serve as a painter for a property management company based in Buffalo. Duties will include; readying apartments for rent, spackling, patching, caulking, painting etc... Occasional light maintenance duties may include plumbing repairs, cleaning, drywall repair, and all other types of general property maintenance.
Interested individuals must be able to solve problems independently, work efficiently while unsupervised and be willing to adapt to changing conditions and the unique challenges found in maintaining some of Buffalo's most historic homes. This position can be physically taxing at times.
Our company manages properties in the Elmwood Village, West Side, Allentown, North Buffalo and Linwood Ave. Great opportunity for an individual to apply their skills in a variety of challenging and diverse ways.
Compensation is based on prior experience. Applicants should have some prior experience with painting however we are willing to train the right person.
