Consumer Bankruptcy Firm in need of local attorney to represent Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 clients at a local level.
Ideal candidate should have 5 years of consumer bankruptcy experience and an existing practice they are looking to grow or a desire to open own firm and handle these types of cases.
Work includes client contact, preparing and filing petitions and attending 341 meetings.
Candidate must be licensed and in good standing within state.
