Independent attorney required for case involving City of Lockport. You must not have any conflicts of interest with city or any other interested organizations. I am looking for a ruling similar to State v. Jackman 69 N.H. 318. I have standing with a citation for violation of City of Lockport Code 158-17 and warning of imposition of $250 lien against property due to city removal of snow. The sidewalk is city property according to Niagara County.
