They will need more business acumen than the buyers “ this is a backfill “ need someone who understands business process “ a lot of the team is not interested moving to automating the processes/process improvement so they would love to get someone in that thinks about process improvement. They manually track everything related to output, supply contracts, legal contracts, revenue generating,

Responsibilities:

Contract review, work with end users that initiated the contracts to check on status

Issue new contracts

Tracking performance against the contracts i.e., we received a million dollar grant “ how much have we spent?

Data entry into Lawson

Invoice comes in “ is there contract, who is the end user?

Issue RFP “certain requirements by state that you need to follow

30 live RFPs at any given time

1200 contracts that need to be reviewed

Lots of Excel of work need someone that can do Pivot Tables

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (All applicants MUST meet these):

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time purchasing or contract management experience in a healthcare, business or corporate environment; or

2. Associates degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time purchasing or contract management experience in a healthcare, business or corporate environment; or

3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time purchasing or contract management experience in a healthcare, business or corporate environment.
