As we continue to grow and offer 24/7 service to all of our residential and commercial customer we are building a new team for M-F night (2pm-10pm shift ) to accommodate our 24/7 plumbing & HVAC service company .Our company is looking for a customer service reps to manage , schedule and dispatch all incoming service request ! Someone who has a great personality, communicates clearly over the phone, knows how to dispatch and has a strong geographic knowledge of western New York .This is a fast-paced and task-driven role and will need to be someone who can deliver results quickly, adhere to emergency plumbing and HVAC request and yet still be able to treat people with dignity under pressure.
