Job Overview
This is can be a full-time or part-time position to assist a growing Stock Transfer Agency manage the accounts of its international clientele. Based in Niagara Falls, you must be able to work every day (there is flexibility in the hours worked).
Duties
Process the issuance of new stock certificates and transfer of ownership of existing ones
Maintain Shareholder Database
Review treasury requests
Respond to issuer and shareholder queries
Produce reports
Liaise with brokerage firms and other transfer agencies
Maintain paper files and electronic files
Reviewing client documentation to see that it meets the criteria required by any relevant law or regulation.
Provide feedback to clients if information is lacking
Communicating with regulatory bodies to get clarification
Drawing upon existing knowledge within the company
Conducting online searches and/or external research
Skills Required
Accuracy in Word Processing and Data Entry (40-60 wpm)
Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a MUST
Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
Critical Eye for Detail
Team Player
Solid knowledge of the English language both written and spoken

Education
