Health care institute is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for a long term contract. Start asap.
As follows:
Responsibilities:
2. They are placing orders all day long on the phone and via email. Reviewing orders and placing them with suppliers
3. Sometimes they could be doing some other clerical activities like vendor master clean up and others things to help with the implementation.
4. 2,000 POs in a two week period roughly. 4 people on the team right now.
5. If backfill primarily will be lawson and Excel
6. Some customer interaction as well help them to figure out what they want or they dont plan well and its your issue
7. Just need a good work ethic and interested in learning
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (All applicants MUST meet these):
8. 1. Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field
9. 2. Associates degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time purchasing or data processing/analysis experience in a healthcare, business or corporate environment; or
10. 3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time purchasing or data processing/analysis experience in a healthcare, business or corporate environment.
