SPECIALTY FINISHES CONTRACTOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR: HOURS M-F 9AM-5PM
â¢ Secretarial and receptionist duties, answering and making phone calls, logging and filing invoices, payroll and certified payroll, ordering office supplies, handling union paperwork and OSHA certifications as well as credentials for all union employees (i.e. background and drug tests when necessary)
â¢ Must be proficient in outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Professional and have basic knowledge of computers/technology
â¢ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment when deadlines are due, must be able to prioritize efficiently
Friendly and well organized, attire is business casual, must be punctual with customers; service skills, problem solving and procedural mindset. A self-starter.
Education or Experience Requirements:
â¢ Post high school education desired
â¢ Will train qualified candidate
