Part-Time Leasing Agent Needed
We are looking for two part time Leasing Consultants for our established Luxury Apartments. We need someone who loves working in a team environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional service. An upbeat attitude is needed while you show and rent apartments and assist our current and future residents.
Skills and Job Duties:
â¢Sales
â¢Customer Service
â¢Computer Proficiency
Property Management, Hospitality, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
Hours:
Position One: 1 Weekend Day (Saturday 10 am - 4:30 pm ) and 1 Week Day (Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm)
Position Two: 1 Weekend Day (Sunday Noon to 3:30 pm) and 1 Week Day (Monday from 9 am to 3:30 pm)
The ability to fill in and work at other sites is a plus.
Salary:
Starting at $12 - $14...Includes New Bonus Program (based on experience)
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License; Auto Insurance, Successfully pass-pre-employment (post offer) drug screen, and a criminal background check will be conducted.
