Express Employment Professionals is seeking a temporary Quality Systems Coordinator for a two month project for a Manufacturer in Buffalo, NY! START ASAP!
Pay: $20-30/hour
Objective: To ensure the Buffalo and Erie facility's Quality Management System conforms to ISO/TS 16949;
Minimum Requirements:
⢠AS Degree in a technical discipline or business related field; Engineering preferred. BS Degree preferred
⢠Minimum 3 years experience in an ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or industry equivalent Quality Management
⢠Strong organizational skills.
⢠Strong computer skills; able to use Windows Office Suite programs and web-based systems.
⢠Preference given to applicants with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 or TS16949 3rd Party Internal Auditor
Training.

⢠Able to organize and manage multiple priorities.
⢠Detail oriented, able to quickly grasp new concepts.
⢠Self motivated, able to work with minimum supervision.
⢠Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
⢠Able and willing to apply extra time and effort when required.
⢠Able to travel to multiple plant locations as needed
⢠Able to apply continuous improvement concepts to lead systems improvement activities
⢠Able to lead corrective actions to resolve internal and external audit findings
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
⢠Responsible for performing the duties of the QMS Management Representative.
⢠Responsible for maintenance and control of the Quality Management System.
⢠Responsible for External Quality Certifications and audits, internal audit schedule and process, and
management review meetings.
⢠Responsible for any ECN's that effect the QMS manual, supporting work instructions or forms.
⢠Responsible for maintaining the Controlled Document System.
