Prominent construction company is looking for a Master Framing Carpenter for residential remodeling and addition projects throughout the Buffalo area. Ivy Lea’s next master framer should have 20+ years of experience in all aspects of residential framing and understand that a framer’s work on a project includes much more than the basic frame of the building.
20+ years of experience is ideal
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Know how to interpret and read from a set of blueprints including understanding the math and calculation needed to achieve the desired result
- Must be able to be friendly and well-mannered during client communication
- Must be able to productively manage a 2–3-man crew toward project completion
- Must be reliable and driven to complete projects within projected time-line
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License
- Must be able to effectively use a smart phone
