Glen Falls House is seeking full-time, year-round Housekeepers at $20/HOUR! Please apply if interested.
Housekeeper Responsibilities
Cleaning hotel rooms and public spaces, mopping the floor and polishing the furniture.
Changing the bed linens and other necessary supplies such as towels, shampoos, etc.
Dusting and sweeping the chandeliers and other furniture items.
Maintaining, cleaning and sanitizing the environment in the hotel.
Ensuring that the laundry is done properly.
Handling customer complaints and queries professionally.
Providing good customer service to the guests.
Determining the inventory of cleaning agents and supplies and making sure they are delivered before getting out of stock.
- Must be available to work shifts and on weekends -
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role is preferable.
Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment.
Active and efficient.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work for long hours as well as work on weekends if required.
Ability to provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Hard-working individual.
Good time management abilities.
