We are the areas ONLY True Turn Key builder owning our own construction company performing site work and finishing of the Modular Homes.
We are looking for PROVEN Sales professionals to help us with our upcoming expansion and Approved Brand New State of the Art Design and Model Home Center.
No Sales License Required! Work from our Existing Model Home Center and Office until our New Location is open .
No Driving around wasting time showing people homes like a realtor only to end up with nothing after countless days , hours, gas spent and wear and tear on your vehicle. You ll be selling to people who come to see our model homes and design center.
Due to our proximity to surrounding states, we cover NY, NJ,CT and PA. All while working from our office. No Driving Around Required. No cold calling. Almost 20 years in business, customers call us.
The ideal candidate will live within 75 miles of Monticello NY 12701 and must be a dependable, quick learner, with strong people skills and a creative problem solver. Strong computer skills are a plus. The ideal applicant would be ambitious about and have Homes Sales, Modular Home Sales AND Field Construction experience. Candidate must have the highest level of ethics and integrity.
We have nearly 20 years of reputable business experience backing us with massive branding and exposure. Working with our National Partner will help by providing us the most current progressive lead generation system and CRM on the market. No cold calling. Work from our office with calls, leads and customers coming in to our high traffic location.
Position requirements:
In addition to the above, the Sales Position will be required to have their own Mobile phone access (unlimited calling plan is recommended) 2 days off a week with atleast one weekend day and one full weekend a month.
Expectation from you about the company:
We will provide business cards, marketing material, web based CRM and email, backend, sales and administrative support. Ideally 2-3 deals will close a month, but there may be a month with no sales and other months with 5-6 or more closed. Working full time (approx. 40-48 hours a week) your earnings would easily range in $60k-$80k in your first year alone (more in your 2nd year) to earn over $100K+ is very real and is dependent on your drive for success. This position DOES PAY A SALARY Plus commission and is a function of your organizational skills, industry knowledge and customer management ability. Commission advance is available for up to 90 days to qualified individuals and this advance can start as soon as your 30 day paid training is completed.
