Production Team Lead

Dutiles include: - Delegating work tasks, give out assignments, and direct others to accomplish same objectives. - Reminding employees to comply with GMPs, where unsuccessful report to Supervisor. - Physically operating equipment. - Training new operators. - Coordinating activities during period of changeovers, CIP’s and line breakdowns. Instructing employees on downtime and efficiency reporting. - Communicating information to employees and to Supervisors. - Responsible for complying with food safety, food security, Quality, GMP’s, HAACP, Allergen, and Sensitizer as well as other regulations as required.
Schedule
- Shift start: 3:00PM or 11:00PM
- Shift length: 8.5 hours
- Days: Monday - Friday. Weekend work & OT required

Requirements
- Ability to work with computers utilizing email, excel and write daily reports.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Must be at least 18+ years old
- Must pass drug screen
