Currently looking for an asphalt seal coating Foreman to manage an asphalt and sealcoating crew for commercial and residential locations. The work schedule will be 7 am until daily work is completed with some fluctuation depending on weather.
Requirements:
1-2 years experience with hand applied Seal coating.
Ability to manage a crew of 1-2 laborers to ensure quality of work and performance are within company standards.
Valid Drivers licence.
Reliable transportation to and from work everyday.
Able to lift up to 100 lbs
Able to withstand working in hot temperatures (will be working outdoors over blacktop)
Flexible schedule and willing to work weekends
