If interested, please take the time to apply!Title: Marketing CoordinatorHours: 8:00AM-5:00PM EST Monday through Friday with expected overtime during the peak season (Nov-May)Pay Rate: $16.00/HR+ Responsibilities:Support the trade show team with project responsibilities including project and time tracking systems, meeting scheduling, project meeting minutes, budget summaries, exhibit property preparation and show service orders. Utilize CVENT for managing group housing requirements and exhibitor badge registrations. Arrange travel though American Express. Act as the team representative on a small scale at trade shows or events, including attending planning meetings and providing logistical and property support. Process expense reports for the team as needed and manage Concur bi-monthly reports. Act as a liaison for customers and vendors. Miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed by the team, such as distribution of customer feedback surveys, some new employee on-boarding tasks, maintain online portfolio of show photos, ordering of supplies, year-end financial closings. Trade show special projects as assigned. Acts as a back up the the Project Support Coordinator. Assist with the installation and dismantling of exhibits. Candidate must offer the following skills:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, or a 2 year degree with applicable experience. 3-5 years of experience with trade shows is highly desired. Experience in project management and finance is a plus. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; and the ability to learn new computer systems).Strong customer service based communication skills, both verbal and written. Sharp organizational and financial skills. Self motivated with proven solution based thinking skills. Prior experience in the trade show or event planning industry preferred. Must have Administrative experience.
