Painting, wall repair, landscaping, carpentry, light plumbing, light electric, general apartment repairs and upgrades. Any other skills a plus.

Very good compensation for highly skilled, self motivated, honest professionals with at least 5 years experience. Must deliver quality workmanship in an efficient manor and be able to work independently. Semi-retired tradesman preferred but not required.
Must have; drivers license, own vehicle, own tools a plus.
Year round, full OR part time, local work. NO travel.
