Bi-Lingual Entry Level Human Resources Assistant – Farmingdale, NYOur valued client is a manufacturer of musical instrument strings and accessories, primarily for guitars but also many other fretted and orchestral instruments. The company currently has its world headquarters in Farmingdale, New York, and are presently seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) HR Assistant to join their growing team in this location. This role does not require prior HR experience, but does require full fluency in both Spanish and English. The hours are 8:30am – 5pm, and the pay rate will fall between $19-23/hr depending upon experience. This role is also a temp to hire and will provide a salary of approx. 48K once permanent, with benefits.Responsibilities:
Screening candidates by phone and in person for production roles (mainly in Spanish)
Scheduling new hire orientations (mainly in Spanish)
Conducting new hire on-boarding (mainly in Spanish)
Processing benefits enrollment changes
Processing leave management requests
Candidate must be fully fluent in Spanish & English (spoken, reading & writing)
Good personality and people skills is an absolute MUST
Customer Service or HR background is a plus but not necessary!
General office skills & computer proficiency required
