Career growth opportunity for right candidate. Local CPA firm is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Jr. Staff Accountant to assist with monthly recurring client needs. Primary responsibilities for this position include processing accounts payables and receivables, managing bank reconciliations, posting journal entries. This position will also include assisting with payroll processing, quarterly payroll returns, sales tax returns and W-2 processing. The ideal candidate will have 4+ yrs experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word and Outlook. An Associate's degree in Accounting is preferred. Somewhat flexible work schedule possible.
