The New Owner Services Representative will work collaboratively with all employees, guests, owners, and other FLPP stakeholders to support the companys goals through superior owner services. Works as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations, building trust, acting as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future owners. Assists in the development and implantation of new owner service strategies. Works directly with new owners to ensure they are well educated and compliant with all new owner programs, processes, and procedures. Represents and promotes FLPP as the leading real estate firm in the Finger Lakes region. Creates and maintains an environment of continuous improvement and learning with the goal to ensure excellence, meet sales goals, and support sustainable growth of the department and FLPP. Develops long-term relationships with owners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: These duties can be performed with or without an accommodation.

Oversees new owner education process to ensure effective transition and integration into FLPP systems.

Prepares and presents Management Agreements to prospective owners; obtains all necessary information and secures agreements.

Performs inspections and rates new properties.

Assists in the development of additional new owner programs to increase awareness and customization.

Assists Marketing Manager with promotion of FLPP to property owners.

Responsible for data entry for all programs to ensure complete property and owner information is in all systems.

All other duties and projects as assigned.

Education & Experience

Associates Degree in business or related field preferred

Three to five years of relevant experience, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.

Real Estate License preferred.

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures as well as computer software including Microsoft Office.

Ability to effectively travel throughout the Finger Lakes region to visit prospective and managed properties.

Proficient at utilizing property management software

Exceptionally personable

Familiarity with the Finger Lakes Region, waterfront living, lifestyles and benefits

Understanding of waterfront property ownership issues and challenges
