NOW HIRING A REGISTERED NURSE!
Qualifications:
One year of home care experience a must!
Professional RN with current unrestricted license
Prefer experience with Traumatic Brain Injury and/or Dementia patients
Hours are 7:30am-4pm, Mon-Fri; Must be flexible when Agency needs arise.
Travel Required
Be available for Nurse On-Call rotation to give guidance to On-Call
supervisor regarding any medical concerns that arise during non-business hours
This is a Supervisory RN position, the RN will:
Supervise PCA II, HHA, CNA caregivers in client homes
Conducts Case Orientations, Supervisions and completes all paperwork per LHCSA and Medicaid Waiver Regulation.
Conducts assessments necessary for start of care, recent hospital discharges and every 6 months at minimum.
Responsible for writing and implementing Plan of Care for all clients on a 15+ caseload in Auburn and surrounding areas.
