Position Title: Cleaner
Department: Maintenance
Work Week: Seasonal—Full time
General Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm; Sun.-Sat. (Changes based on events. Must be able to work weekends.)
Duration of Position: June– August
Compensation: Minimum Wage
Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuum and mop floors, empty trash receptacles, and replace lining of trash cans.
Qualifications:
Common sense, good judgment and the ability to think logically.
Reliability and punctuality. If you are scheduled to work be there and on time.
Stay attentive to observe and respond to clean-up calls at race track.
Ability to work independently as well as to be a team member.
Responsibilities:
Sweep and mop floors.
Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
Identify and report possible repairs.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Cleaning experience preferred
