Full-time Maintenance Technician position available at a mid-sized townhome community in Farmington, NY. We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual with strong people skills. Serious applicants only, please.
Duties to include (but are not limited to): Minor repairs: HVAC repairs; Customer service; Snow removal; On-Call (on a rotating schedule); Mechanical aptitude in the following; Plumbing; Flooring; Drywall
