Kelly Services is currently seeking Builders/Assemblers for a leading manufacturer located in Clifton Springs, NY. These positions range from entry level to more experienced, technical positions (technical positions are not listed in this post, but will have a higher wage and could include soldering, inspecting and QA). These positions are temp-to-hire and once hired you will be eligible for a full benefits package. Shifts available are an early 1st Shift Mon-Fri (or weekend shift), or a late 2nd Shift Mon-Fri (or weekend shift). Wage based on position and experience.
Summary:
In the Builder/Assembler role you will accurately and efficiently assemble and test a variety of valves.
Responsibilities:
Performs assembly/test functions utilizing;
Mechanical skills
Hand and power tools
Mechanical/electronic tools
Test equipment
Assembly fixtures
Inspection measurement equipment
Produces and inspects assemblies that conform to product specifications
Utilizes basic computer and problem solving skills in the completion of tasks
Requirements:
High School Diploma/ GED/ Equivalency
Prior assembly, testing, or mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Must be looking to join a highly skilled and motivated "TEAM" (with an emphasis on team)
