Martens Fresh is a premier fresh produce manufacturing company currently looking for quality people to support our growth. We are currently looking to fill Production Management roles!
Responsibilities Include:
Communicate the company mission, vision and values through words and actions
Set high goals and standards of performance for peers and direct reports
Manage a staff of direct reports through regular performance reviews and developmental activities.
Function as a mentor to build a positive and productive work environment
Self-directed and able to recognize and pursue opportunities not identified by others
Apply Good Manufacturing Principles to improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organization.
Prepare reports including production analysis, labor analysis, downtime reports, etc.
Qualifications:
3+ years Manufacturing Experience
Food Safety Management experience a plus
HACCP/GFSI experience a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and communication skills
Critical thinking with ability to conduct root cause analysis
Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgement, initiative, and resourcefulness
Must be able to work effectively with others, have good interpersonal and leadership skills
