We are currently seeking an energetic candidate to fill the role of Administrative Assistant for our manufacturing division.
Primary Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant nclude:
Answer phones
Prepares incoming / outgoing mail
Prepares purchase orders
Ordering supplies
Prepare reports
Other duties may be assigned
Qualified candidates will possess the following education/experience and skills:
Intermediate to advance knowledge in Excel & Word
Associates degree; or 1 + year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
