Full-time, professional position available IMMEDIATELY. Office is open 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM, Monday- Friday (47.5 hours). Work hours will be scheduled at 40 hours. Reliability is imperative.
Position handles administrative and customer-related matters for very busy independent pre-owned auto dealership with multiple lines of business (sales, financing, service, rental, towing, mini-storage). Provides support to all departments, process paperwork, payment processing, maintain records, heavy computer use, customer engagement, invoice processing, conflict resolution, financial transactions, A/P, A/R, QuickBooks, independent decision-making, often working without direct supervision. Ability to manage competing priorities, with strong attention to detail is critical.
Compensation based on experience, competency. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), AFLAC products, paid time off.
