Scheduler Coordinator (Auburn)
New Beginnings Home Care is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator. The selected individual will be responsible for reviewing and filling a daily/weekly schedule for field staff and making sure that unfilled shifts, call offs, or requests for time off are fulfilled appropriately; making adjustments to schedules as they occur.
This person must be:
ï Detail oriented
ï Very comfortable with computers and the internet
ï Able to communicate well verbally and in writing
ï Able to think "outside the box"
ï Able to multitask
ï Strong phone skills
ï Customer service oriented
ï Comfortable dealing with different types of people
ï A team player- will be working with clients, employees, other schedulers and individuals from other internal departments
ï Have a knowledge of basic office equipment- fax, printer, copier, scanner
Previous Scheduling Experience a plus!
Rotating On Call Weekend Shift Mandatory once a month!
