What we are looking for in a Process Manager

You should be:

● A motivated self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

● A team player, with the ability to communicate effectively and work productively with both internal and external customers

● Able to handle confidential information, track detailed information & create streamlined administrative processes

● Eager to learn about a dynamic and growing renewable energy industry

● Excellent human relations and communication skills

● Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

● Excellent computer aptitude and skills, including proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office suite and desire to learn QuickBase and its various applications

● Prior clerical, administrative, office and/or process management experience

About the Process Manager position

As a Process Manager, you will be a critical part of our company’s continued growth and success. You will have an opportunity to use your skills and expertise to provide administrative and process management support to the branch of a well-established and well-respected company, while working closely with other members of our team to provide our customers with an outstanding customer experience. You will perform receptionist duties, complete and submit utility applications, write USDA and NYCERDA grants, obtain building permits, and create job completion binders for customers. Process Managers are highly valued members of the Paradise Energy Solutions’ team, and they are an integral part of helping us continue to build our reputation as being industry-leading experts in solar energy and one of the “Best Places to Work in PA.”
