Marine Blue Inc in Canandaigua, NY is currently seeking a motivated individual to take on our Marine Retail department. This position will be for the sale of our Pontoon and fishing boat lines equipped with Yamaha or Evinrude motors, used boats and P.W.C.s, and multiple brands of seasonal docks and hoists. This individual will be responsible for learning the product lines and specifications, a high energy and positive customer experience, a willingness to be trained and take direction.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Closing sales with customer satisfaction (educating the customer on all details of purchase)
Attendance of training and sales meetings
Sales experience is a plus
Project management skills
A willingness to accept jobs and help other employees when needed
a positive attitude at all times
organization of paperwork, emails and office work
Minimum Qualifications:
A valid NYS driver’s license
Computer skills are a must
Overtime and extended hours availability
Some holiday and weekend availability
Closing deals
Writing up all estimates and invoices associated with sale
A willingness to learn our specialized software
Effectively working with high net worth individuals
Respectful, effective communication with customers and other associates
