City Hill Excavating Inc. is hiring Experienced Concrete Finisher/Foreman to join its growing team.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily work required for the placement of concrete for commercial Civil/Site work construction projects.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
Supervise the forming and pouring crews required to complete the contract work.
Understand and review contract plans to set up and schedule crews, equipment and material prior to start and during project.
Document labor and equipment hours and daily production rates, quantities and material.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Educational and experience requirements include: High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Finisher in the commercial concrete construction trades. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction required (technology, equipment, methods, cost control, schedules, and safety). Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills essential.
