You will be tasked with residing with your Expert Grower, and learning to become an Independent Farmer. Please understandthis is NOT a "GET RICH QUICK" scheme. This is an opportunity for someone motivated to learn indoor cannabis growing - which is a full time, dedicated discipline." The position DOES begin as an unpaid Intern; however, you will reside with your farmer partner, and are NOT expected to pay any rent or to buy food, etc. You have to assimilate into the residence, listen to your teacher and live with your teacher, while operating an Indoor Cannabis Farm. As you learn, you begin getting paid for your harvests. This is an opportunity to get in from the ground up with a new Small Cannabis company. We will be opening up a location abroad, within the next year; potential opportunity to travel abroad for the right person.
Seeking an Indoor Farmer, to be trained anew, in-home. Must be Dedicated, and willing to do Lawful/Legal Indoor Farming with strict adherence to governing statutes, practiced in all cultivation endeavors. Must be able to take directions, and listen carefully. Must be willing to relocate to Washington, D.C., and be a part of a two man team grow. MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY AND ACCURATELy.
Position WILL matriculate to commission payments, per harvest. The idea here is to get a good, solid learner, and to pay you well, per the "legal market." You will be familiarized with jurisdictional laws and norms, with DCs "I-71 Compliance VS Medical Dispensaries VS "Gifting," etc.
Your in-depth training will be in the Sea of Green/Screen of Green (Accelerated Harvests) method. Again, this is a long term position; we would like to keep one grower over a 5 year+ period. Matriculation from intern to $500 per harvest, to $1000 per, to $1500 per harvest schedule and according to your work. You will have a good teacher with years of experience.
This is a VERY Discreet position. Interviews will be conducted to help decide on best fit/match. It is important to team up our Expert with someone who can get along (you two MUST get along wellyou will be living together in a nice one bedroom unit and will need to enjoy your work together, for the business to grow as you grow :) The one bedroom is your indoor farm, which can get cramped. Set up and enjoying what you are doing, is a MUST. We are looking for a team player, honest, loyal, interested in Cannabis.
Candidate MUST be professional, responsible, hardworking, ethical, committed, willing to learn, listen to instructions. This position starts as INTERNSHIP. You MUST be trained, must learn, must live-in with your trainer. You do not pay rent or cost of food, or electricity, water, etc. This is a position for someone willing to relocate, and be trained, to ultimately be a permanent indoor farmer for a new Cannabis Company.
You will NOT be expected to work in sales, advertising, etc. A candidate for this position, will be hired on, at a later point. Learn Clandestine Indoor Farming, Micro-Farming with accelerated harvests. Strict quality standard. Trainee for all aspects: set-up, cloning, veg/flower, maintaining crops, harvesting, curing, breeding.
Must Reside with Expert as Live-in FT Trainee. You should also be a foodie, and be prepared to assist with maintaining residence as highly clean and organized. Intern to Pay position. 6 month review periods.
