The Wolak Group is offering an opportunity to work for an established Dunkin’ Franchisee with 90 locations and growing!We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Assistant Restaurant Managers.As an Assistant Manager, you will be expected to role model exceptional guest service in all interactions. You will assist the Restaurant Manager with managing daily operations including hiring and coaching/performance management of employees. You will be empowered to act as the Manager on Duty as assigned, managing the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, ensuring excellence in guest service, and maximizing profitability.Additional required skills and abilities:Ability to operate restaurant equipment.

Ability to count money and make change

Ability to operate a computer and various software including Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in fast-paced and high-volume operations.

Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with others, motivate employees, manage employee work productivity, and interact with customers.

Skill in problem solving and decision making. Ability to make sound decisions based on analysis experience, and judgement.

Position Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college experience preferred

Experience as a Shift Manager and Crew Member or similar experience in another career field

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
